1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

930ko does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

930ko regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are generally 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit (typically 7–30 days) after the bonus is claimed.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• 930ko reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

A special welcome bonus is available for first-time depositors. To claim this bonus:

• A first-time deposit is required.

5 Betting Rules

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 930ko. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registration using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Hacking, cracking, or any attempt to breach the platform's security.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

930ko may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• When suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
• When the user requests to close their own account.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request has been submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Account Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing. Requests to reopen a closed account are subject to review.

8 Limitation of Liability

930ko is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Password or account details compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game interruption caused by issues with the user's device or software.

930ko strives to provide the best possible service, but is not obligated to compensate for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues.

9 Responsible Gaming

Any disputes will first be addressed through our support team, which will respond within 72 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved through support, an arbitration process in accordance with 930ko's policies will be followed.
